A dog tag that inspiredIt wasn't our dog that a tag helped but it did help. It was the middle of winter in Ohio and I was coming from a doctors appointment when I saw two dogs hovering over each other next to a fence. Apprehensive at first, I tried to coax the dogs towards me not knowing if they were vicious. As it turns out they weren't vicious, they were cold. I was able to get one of them into my car and another gentleman that was there to the other. After I got home, I called the number that was on the tag that rang into a veterinarians office. I gave them the name and they were able to pull the record on the dog and, after giving them my number, they passed it along to the owner who called me back almost immediately. That night the dog stayed with us but was reunited with his family the next day. This inspired my wife and I to get a dog and....YES! she has a tag.
Awesome Tags! I recently placed my order for my puppies tags. They came very quickly and I LOVE them! I had thought about getting I.D. tags at my local pet store. Ordering them from your site not only saved me money, but allowed me to put more information on the tags. I feel great knowing my babies are now easily identified if they were to unexpectedly get lost. Here is LULU showing off her new tag. THANK YOU!
Check out my new tag! Here is Louie, showing off his new tag from Love Your Pets ID Tags. Even though he spends most of his time indoors, pets have a mind of their own! If he was to ever accidentally get away from me, my information will always be on him. THANK YOU!
Chico the WandererChico, our loving Husky, went to visit our newest neighbors and their dog. He was captured in their fenced area, and they called since Chico had his Love your Pets ID tag. Little did they know we were neighbors - what a way to meet! Thanks to the ID tag Chico was found and we have new friends.

My tag saved meI just got my pet tag the other day and wow it has already saved my dog. I let him out to go potty and the next thing I knew he was gone, My neighbors called to let me know they had found him and it was because of the tag they knew who to call or he could have been lost forever
Now, how much can you "Love your Pet"We had to put down our beloved poodle "Peanut" after 16 years and decided that having a pet was just heart breaking when they are ill. After two years we realized we really missed the love and affection that a dog has to give and started thinking about another dog. My daughter has a shorthaired black and tan dachshund that just tugged at our hearts. We were the baby sitter for her fur baby when he couldn't go with them. She said we really needed to get a dachshund for our own so J.D., her fur baby would have a playmate. Well, after many visits to breeders we found this sweet faced little fellow and my husband chose Alex to be his name. Of course I'm sure it wasn't because his middle name is Alexander. He said it was for Alexander The Great. Let me tell you he has done more for our lives then we ever thought possible. To make if he ever does get out of our site that he is brought back to us, I knew to order a "Love Your Pet" tag. I'm thankful for the reasonal price for the security of always having Alex as safe as possible.
Rescuer's NightmareMy mother and I have been involved in rescue for many years and have fosters from several different groups in the KC area, including our own personal cats that we have had for a long time.
On October 3, 2009 we had the ultimate Rescuer's Nightmare. We had a house fire with our precious babies trapped inside. There were so many lost, but so many were saved! And, in a lovely miracle, all the cats that got out of the house into the huge outside world were recovered in less than a week! It blows my mind how amazing our neighbors and vets and the fire crews were. Our neighbors came from 4 blocks away with carriers and kennels to put cats in. Our vet heard about it because the dispatcher called her to let her know they would be bringing a large number of cats up to the clinic. She actually recognized the address as ours and came to our house to help there! She called in all the vets and about half of the techs too! One of those really nice firemen even got bit by my cat, but he didn't drop him!
This truly tragic event continues to plague my mother as she lost precious babies...many that she had since they were kittens!

Returned after 16 months16 months ago, one of our two cats (Rodeo) got out of the house. We searched our neighbor for months and posted flyers up everywhere. We also routinely called the shelters in the area to see if he had shown up. Being an indoor cat we did not have a collar or ID tag on him. We never gave up hope that one day we would find him. We immediately ordered Love Your Pet ID tags for our other cat and our dog to make sure we never lost another pet. Our other cat would not eat or drink for a week until we went to the local shelter and got a companion for her. A few nights ago we were out bike riding and found Rodeo at a house less than 1/2 a mile away from our home. An elderly couple had been feeding him and some other stray cats for over a year. They were happy to return him to us. We are so happy to have him back & plan never to lose him again. I just ordered an ID tag for him and he will always wear it. If only we had thought to have one on him, I'm sure we would have been reunited with him soon after he got out of the house.
