About Shipping
Standard shipping is by First Class Mail. Charges are $1.50 for a single pet ID tag or $2.00 for 2 or more - no matter how many ID tags you order! Shipping charges are the same for all USA and Canadian orders. Most orders sent by First Class Mail are received in 7 to 10 days although some Postal Service delivery areas may take up to 2 weeks. Priority Mail service is available for $6.95 no matter how many pet ID tags you order. Most orders sent by Priority Mail will be received within a few days.

Our Unconditional Guarantee
We strive to make each Pet ID Tag exactly as you order it. If your order has an error, just email us and tell us what's wrong. We'll gladly make new Pet ID Tags for you. Please include the name used in the delivery address. Love your Pets! pet tags are made to last a lifetime! If you ever become unhappy with your Pet ID Tags, just return them and tell us why. We'll send new ones to you at no charge. Please send them "Attn: Customer Service" for prompt attention.
