We strive to make each ID Tag exactly as you order it. Each tag's information is sent directly to our engraving machines exactly as submitted from your order form. If your order has an error, just email us and tell us what's wrong. Please include the order number and name used in the delivery address.

Love your Pets! pet tags are made to last a lifetime! Our tags are deeply engraved and we guarantee that your tags will be readable for life and that your tag will not break. We cannot be responsible for lost tags or tags that develop surface blemishes. As with any tag, if a collar or chain breaks, it may get lost. If a pet wears multiple tags or is a very active pet, the tag may become worn looking over time. Even though our prices are near wholesale, our tags are the highest quality available and the information will always be there for your security. There can be no lifetime guarantee on our accessories such as silencers and chains.

If you ever become unhappy with the readability of your Pet ID Tags, just return them and tell us why. We'll send new ones to you at no charge. Please note that any tags submitted under this guarantee must be engraved exactly as the original order. Please send them "Attn: Customer Service" to the address at the bottom of this page for prompt attention.
