My sixteen-year-old brother-in-law's friend left our gate open when he left one night. The next morning, we let Jay (our dog) outside not realizing the gate was open and by the time we realized he was gone, he was long gone. We searched the neighborhood door to door and put out flyers. Anybody could have scooped up our dog and done anything with him. By him being a rare breed in the area, folks always have their eyes on him. Lucky for us, he was picked up by our local humane society's president. A wonderful young lady spotted our flyers, recognized him, and gave us a call to let us know where we could find him. Thankfully, we got him back. As soon as I received the call and knew Jay was found, I did a google search to find loveyourpets.com and ordered Jay a tag. Now, if (God forbid) he ever runs off again, we can be contacted easily without having to go through so much. It is always a wonderful idea to have your information on your pet for such an emergency. --As soon as I found him, I found this site to get Pet ID Tags
