She's gone, but here just the same.
When I was 5 years old I was surprised Christmas morning with a puppy, 13 years later we were still inseparable. When both of my parents left, Emily "Jingle Bell" was still at my side. Instead of turning to normal teen mistakes, I made myself be the person she thought I was. She saved me and I tried to keep her until the pain couldn't be controlled. Growing up I thought she'd pass when I stopped needing her, and that day will never come. But, I will see her again. :]--
