Very happy with the new ID tag that I bought for Cocoa! It took her a day to get used to the sound of wearing her new tag, but she's fine with it now. Cocoa is a 60-pound French Mastiff mix rescue dog; she came from Alabama to St. Louis, and is now very happy here, hanging out with me and my two little bitty doggies. I recently purchased this tag for very specific reasons. I needed a tag that had
a clear, simple font style (for ease of reading) and could hold at least 4 lines
of info. My dog has a health condition that I wanted to indicate on the tag. There was
plenty of room for his name, name health condition and four numbers. Read recently
that besides your number & any chip phone number, you should have an alternate
number of someone who knows how to contact you in case they can't reach you
at your number. I give this product an A. The only way to improve it, as far as I am concerned, would be to have the ability to put info on both sides of the tag. I would like to
add his license number and rabies number. That way he would only have to wear one tag.

I have purchased tags from LoveYourPets a number of times. I like them a lot! The colored aluminum ones can get a little beat up and lose their color, but that's ok. What do you expect if you've got a romper pup? I order the stainless steel usually, and it holds up GREAT. Get it in the right light and all the text is clear. I've seen these tags hold up on my sister's romper dogs, and they also lasted wonderfully on my boy who passed earlier this year (he was only 7 - but that's still a long time for a tag). I will continue to buy as needed! Thanks! :)

My initial order was shipped by the company but for whatever reason, did not end up in my mailbox. When I initially answered the request to review how I liked the tags I had ordered for my dogs, my response was to state I had yet to receive the tags. The company started to email me every day for a few day to see if the tags had been delivered. They remained in communication with me daily! How many businesses even manage to communicate once?
Long story short, my order was reprocessed, shipped, and received in about ten days (after waiting an appropriate amount of time to see if the original order actually reached me). I couldn't be happier with this company. Their product is excellent but their customer service is awesome!!
