Amazing quality! I have purchased from this company every time I have moved and needed updated dog tags. I loved the double sided option on these. Their names are large on one side. Phone numbers and city/state on the other side. These are actually etched into the metal too. They aren’t just printed on like a lot of the other companies do. It’s why I always come back!

I filled out the order, just exactly the way I wanted it. On the first side, I wanted to say, Ollie, then my phone number, and at the bottom to say I'm chipped. On the backside, I wanted to have my name and my address. But when I got the tag, it had my name and my address on both sides. It did not have my dog's name my phone number or the part that says I'm chipped. So I can't use the tag because I need to have my dog name and my phone number on it. Can you replace this tag?

The first tag I got was terrible, the letters were messed up as if it had not been secured during the engraving. I contacted customer service and they ordered me a new tag which was great. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is I feel someone should have noticed how bad the first tag was and corrected before it got sent.

I have a mixed breed dog, born deaf so really important to have a tag on her. Of course she is microchipped but this tag is an immediate indicator about her! Ordered the red one so it stands out against her white fur. Lightweight, plus it jingles with the ring hook on the collar

4 of the 5 tags worked out great and my dogs are hyper! The puppy was able somehow to brake the tag off of the ring…. I have no idea how! But other than that they are working out great!

Last tag was made with plastic circular attachments on each side, which did not pass the test of time. She is a 4-year-oldzz English Setter dog but behaves still like a puppy. Loves to play "keep away" with her toys. A noisy outdoor girl, but quite great indoors.

I have ordered tags from the company multiple times. I have always been happy with the product. My last order was a disappointment., because of the service. I rushed the order, because I was going to be watching my girlfriends dog while she was out of town. The company did not even mail the tags until the expected delivery date. They blamed it on a surge in orders for anupcoming holiday.that hadn't happened yet. They used USPS Prioriy mail, which seemed to have gotten confused. I watched the tracking information as the post office sent the dog tags back and forth across the country for an additional week. That was not the companies fault, but added to my frustration. The company claimed that they were going to reimburse me for the extra charges to rush the order, but they never did!!
