You have no quality control!!! I put phone numbers on the tag(double checked to ensure it fit) and it came up missing digits. IT'S COMPLETELY WORTHLESS!! Will never recommend your product.

This was a replacement for my Moms dogs tag. 4 of the 5 tags worked out great and my dogs are hyper! The puppy was able somehow to brake the tag off of the ring…. I have no idea how! But other than that they are working out great!

Last tag was made with plastic circular attachments on each side, which did not pass the test of time. She is a 4-year-oldzz English Setter dog but behaves still like a puppy. Loves to play "keep away" with her toys. A noisy outdoor girl, but quite great indoors.

I have ordered tags from the company multiple times. I have always been happy with the product. My last order was a disappointment., because of the service. I rushed the order, because I was going to be watching my girlfriends dog while she was out of town. The company did not even mail the tags until the expected delivery date. They blamed it on a surge in orders for anupcoming holiday.that hadn't happened yet. They used USPS Prioriy mail, which seemed to have gotten confused. I watched the tracking information as the post office sent the dog tags back and forth across the country for an additional week. That was not the companies fault, but added to my frustration. The company claimed that they were going to reimburse me for the extra charges to rush the order, but they never did!!

I buy tags from your company each year for our cheerleading team’s seniors. Our mascot is the Bulldogg. The Double G is for Extra Effort and has been a part of our school since the 1970’s. We take concrete bulldogs and mod podge photos all over them and then attach the bone tag and collar around the neck. Our seniors love it and the bone tag with their name and graduation year just finishes it perfectly!

I love the fact that I'm able to add so many lines of information so I don't feel like anything important is missing on the tag. And it was shipped out really quick, which is great! But I noticed that after a little bit of playing (I put the tag on my dog's body harness so it sits on his back and is easily accessible) all of the black has worn off. So now it's just a silver tag with the engraving on it instead of a black tag with the engraving, which makes it a little harder to read. This isn't the first time I've purchased tags from this company. In fact, the previous tags I had stayed black for YEARS and didn't scratch off. I only had to replace it because after years of wear and tear, it finally broke, which I'm not mad at (like I said, I bought it years ago). So yeah, my only complaint is how quickly the black wore off and that now the information is a little harder to read than before.
