Phone numbers and city/state on the other side. These are actually etched into the metal too. They aren’t just printed on like a lot of the other companies do. It’s why I always come back!

I filled out the order, just exactly the way I wanted it. On the first side, I wanted to say, Ollie, then my phone number, and at the bottom to say I'm chipped. On the backside, I wanted to have my name and my address. But when I got the tag, it had my name and my address on both sides. It did not have my dog's name my phone number or the part that says I'm chipped. So I can't use the tag because I need to have my dog name and my phone number on it. Can you replace this tag?
