The soundless tags are great. They are especially helpful for our dogs who are sound sensitive or sound reactive. One of our dogs is a major swimmer in the local river and there's no effect on the tag being submersed in the water. Thank you for making these.

I like this product for many reasons. First, it is quiet. My dog shakes herself often and her metal tags would wake me up in the morning. Second, it is bright and colorful. The name is easy to read from a distance. I had to order a second one because the connector tab broke off a previous one (not the products fault). The customer service people were very easy to deal with. I will certainly use this company again.

I love the depth of the inscription, but I misunderstood and thought the tag was metal. It's not rubber, it's thick rubber, but which is holding up well. I am pleased so far!

The tags are REALLY very nice! They will work really well for a dog. However, I was purchasing for two kitties but, sadly, these are a bit too large and a bit heavier, than I thought, for cats. This was my mistake (as I couldn’t see them in person); don’t buy for a cat’s collar but they’ll be awesome for a dog! A really nice product, actually!
