Tags arrived early and were perfect. The only dislike is that my puppy has started trying to chew on his tag and his teeth have left scratches on the tag. I got a painted tag so I may have to reorder a plain silver or stainless tag that won’t scratch like the painted one.

The reason I gave it a 4 star is because I felt the lighter colored tag (the pink) does not show off the engraving as well as the darker colored tags. I got the engraving on 2 sides. I put the cats name on one side and the city and state plus phone # on the other side. I would buy again but stick to darker color tags.

It took three different shipments from Love your Pets before finally receiving that one tag I ordered. While I thank the company for its effort to send me the tag, I think that all shipments should depart with return receipt or something similar, because it seems that any other method does not guarantee the product's arrival.

I do love the look and durability. The only reason I gave this a 4 star instead of 5 is that they do not come small enough. My dogs are from 7 lbs down to 3 lbs, and the 7 lb is the only one it does not look huge on.
